To fix your reservation, we ask for a deposit.

Cancellation conditions summer:

• All bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 2 months before the date of arrival.
  You will receive the deposit minus € 30,00 processing fee back.
• For cancellations up to 1 week before departure, 70% of the booking amount is due. (according to AGBH)
• For cancellations up to 1 day before departure, 90% of the booking amount is due. (according to AGBH)
• In case of a cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show, 100% of the booking price will be charged. (according to AGBH)

We know from experience that despite all the joy about the vacation you have booked, something can always come up at short notice. To avoid costs and hassle, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance: As a precaution for cancellation, early departure and mountain rescue (including helicopter rescue), we recommend Hotel Cancellation Plus or the extensive Hotel Cancellation Premium insurance (including accident benefits), which you can easily take out here: https://www.europaeische.at/en/
