Final cleaning and visitor's tax (€ 2.60/person/night) are charged separately.

To fix your reservation, we ask for a deposit.

Cancellation conditions:

• All bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 3 month before the date of arrival.
  You will receive the deposit minus € 20,00 processing fee back.
• For cancellations up to 1 week before departure, 70% of the booking amount is due. (according to AGBH)
• For cancellations up to 1 day before departure, 90% of the booking amount is due. (according to AGBH)
• In case of a cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show, 100% of the booking price will be charged. (according to AGBH)
