Booking Information

Arrival and Departure

Your booked accommodation will be available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and until 9:00 AM on the day of departure.

Please note that in case of late arrival or early departure, the full booking amount will still be charged.

Deposit

A deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
You will find the necessary bank details in your booking confirmation.

Parking

A certain number of free parking spaces is available per apartment:

  • Apartment 11 and Apartment 14: 1 free parking space each
  • Apartment 12, Apartment 13 and Apartment 15: 2 free parking spaces each

Additional vehicles can only be accommodated on request and subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in our house. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 3 months before arrival.
    The deposit will be refunded minus a € 30,- handling fee.
  • For cancellations up to 1 week before arrival, 70% of the booking amount will be charged (according to AGBH).
  • For cancellations up to 1 day before arrival, 90% of the booking amount will be charged (according to AGBH).
  • In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show, 100% of the booking amount will be charged (according to AGBH).

Travel Insurance

From experience, we know that despite all the excitement for your upcoming holiday, unexpected events can happen at any time.

To avoid unnecessary costs and inconvenience, we strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

As a reliable protection in case of cancellation, early departure, or mountain rescue (including helicopter rescue), we recommend the Hotelstorno Plus or the more comprehensive Hotelstorno Premium insurance (includes additional accident coverage) from Europäische Reiseversicherung.
